I ordered lights on 13 May 2025 directly from the GVMled.com website. 15th of July still waiting. I have followed up a number of times on the order by email. In fairness, I have received a response each time. So far the excuses are:"slow handling of shipments by our warehouse manager. Unfortunately, he has not responded to any shipping updates so far, and we are also quite frustrated by this situation""We have recently been processing the backlog of orders that were previously delayed due to insufficient inventory.""The warehouse staff informed me that all unshipped orders will be processed this week. ""Our warehouse staff is currently away on a business trip, which has temporarily affected our shipping schedule."I will never buy their products again.
