THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!The worst company I have ever dealt with. Xu Jay responds in the emails and hasn’t a clue about good business. I bought a buy one get one free 80w spotlight day light kit which includes stands, soft boxes and grids. After a long wait the lights arrived but no stands, soft boxes or grids. I informed them immediately and they said they will send them out. After almost 60 emails and endless messages on the gvmled chat system I still don’t have the stands and soft box and grids 6 weeks later. He also said I need to pay more shipping for the stands if he sends from China … the nerve of it…I rarely write reviews but the experience was so poor I have to warn people. I’ve given them every chance to resolve this and they just don’t care. Avoid like the plague and don’t invest in this cheaper system. Or if you do don’t buy direct… Awful customer service… THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
