Be cautious if you need to file a claim; they seem to do everything possible to avoid paying. My claim for a minor issue was met with delays and requests for extensive documentation. After three months, I was told my claim was denied due to undisclosed medications, even though they were irrelevant to my issue. The policy also had a high excess. I only sought a small amount, and in the end, it wasn't worth the hassle. They seem to hope you'll give up. I waited too long and received nothing. This company is disappointing, especially when I thought I was covered during a difficult time.
