Worst ever. My Ex is using them, they have refused to discuss an ongoing legal matter as it's their policy only to deal with solicitors. they are rude in their emails, and have refused to discuss my own case with rep. They try and bully you into getting a solicitor, for something I do not need one for.Disgusting and vile, unprofessional and rude!
