Prohibitive exchange rate

Prohibitive exchange rat, taking advantage of the situation. I paid over €1,33 per 1 GBP, while the exchange rate for the pound is about €1,15. On top of that, costs are calculated. A disgrace.

The exchange rate for buying JPY in EUR extortionate. 1000 JPY for € 7.70 as opposed to normal rate of € 5.45. My fault for not checking in advance but I did not expect such a drastic difference

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY...I had…

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY...I had a small ( Eur 6 ) residual balance and they proposed to charge me $ 2 monthly inactivity fee. They wouldn't let me withdraw the cash asking instead that I donate it to their charity. I have just left the balance to get eaten by their fatuous fee. Making any progress through their automated call system is also enormously frustrating. Just pay the prevailing FX rate when you travel, these people are just too difficult to deal with.
