This company is does not own any recycling vehicles subcontracting with Keny waste .collection wise there is no program or dates provided ,mostly collecting after work hours like after 6 pm or early morning 5 till 9 in the morning .so we had a contract with them we used to pay invoices upfront but we had to contact them 20 times to come once and the waste is by weight if heavy get charged .fedup cancelled our contract we had no choice .avoid them. if you want to get a contract Biffa is better they have their own vehicles you can book or cancel the dates you want online without messy phone calls 20 times to collect one time
