I am really confused about how my case has been managed. I requested a refund over 8 months ago. In early December, the company specifically asked me to provide KYC documents for processing my refund, which I submitted immediately. After confirming that they received my documents and that my refund was being processed, I later got another email saying the review could take an additional 3 to 6 months. I have not received any denial, clear explanation, or timeline for payment. I am simply curious: how long does the company usually take to process refunds or payouts? A clear and transparent answer would be appreciated.
