If i could i would give 5 stars to all the staff at Felixstowe gymophobics and one star to the management/owner then i would. My Sister was in hospital as she had 4 discs replaced. Because their payments are on a loop and they never remind you when you have to start paying again, we ended up with a letter from the ' ONLINE DIRECT DEBT AGENCY' not only did we have to pay for the month's we missed but we were also charged for late payment. If you're thinking about joining the gym in Felixstowe then like i say the staff are fab. Just remember the payment is on a loop and as soon as you miss a payment ' no excuses' you will probably end up with a debt collection agency on your back. READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT BEFORE JOINING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IT IS NOT THE GYM INSTRUCTORS THAT ARE AT FAULT,, IT'S THE MONEY SIDE OF THINGS THE HAVE INFURIATED MEMBERS THAT THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO THINK IS ACCEPTABLE. IT ISN'T!!!!!
