Trim and Tone (My favourite) and many more.The Gym also offers beauty treatments which are fabulous and if you just want some respite you can just go along for a coffee and natter with friends and make new friends.Clare Holloway is such a good owner/manager and tries to accommodate everyone, she runs numerous charity events each month and Christmas is her forte and where all the ladies from Colchester to Clacton gym can all have a lovely Christmas evening get together.Gymophobics’s is just like having an extended family out there in the community.
