I placed an order expecting delivery in 5–7 business days, but waited over 2.5 months without proper communication or updates. When it finally arrived, it was in poor condition and did not match the description, lacking the paid personalization I ordered. Despite providing all necessary evidence, the responses I received were automated and unhelpful. The representative handling my case showed no accountability or respect for my time. This company fails to uphold its own policies and disregards consumer protection laws. After weeks of fruitless communication, I have escalated this issue.
