Review Time
I was looking for a good all-in-one bag and initially considered another brand but struggled to justify the cost. After hearing about a different option from a colleague, I checked their social media and found their marketing appealing. I decided to take advantage of a holiday deal and ordered a bag along with a couple of patches from their website on December 19th, 2025. To start, the shipping was handled by a Chinese company, which was confusing since it seemed like the service was American. The bag arrived today; it matched the colors and size, but it had no branding at all. I feel as though I received a generic bag instead of the branded one I expected. I would recommend caution when considering a purchase, as the company does not seem to prioritize integrity or values. Overall, I'm not very satisfied, especially given that the total cost was nearly $200 CAD along with the patches.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I have yet to receive my items. They refuse to issue a refund. I can't track my order, even though I received an email stating it's with their logistics team. Clearly a scam. I regret buying online without checking reviews this time.

I placed an order expecting delivery in 5–7 business days, but waited over 2.5 months without proper communication or updates. When it finally arrived, it was in poor condition and did not match the description, lacking the paid personalization I ordered. Despite providing all necessary evidence, the responses I received were automated and unhelpful. The representative handling my case showed no accountability or respect for my time. This company fails to uphold its own policies and disregards consumer protection laws. After weeks of fruitless communication, I have escalated this issue. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this company. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
STAY AWAY! I ordered two bags on July 10th, and it took two weeks for them to mark it as dispatched. Two months later, I still haven’t received anything! The tracking status has remained as processing. The company has ignored all my attempts to contact them. DO NOT BUY!
