I placed an order on August 1st, with a delivery estimate of 3-9 days. By the 8th, I had no updates, so I emailed the company and was told the estimate was actually 5 days and my order was overdue. On August 12th, I finally received an email stating my order was in delivery, but I hadn’t received a confirmation for delivery yet. By August 20th, I emailed again as my package was still not received, and they told me to check my emails for updates. Finally received my order today, but it was squashed flat in a plastic bag, out of shape, and stained. I would say the item is damaged. Terrible service and packaging. It's unfortunate, and I will not be buying from this company again. I am thoroughly disappointed.
