After waiting more than 2 months for an order and constantly emailing for updates.
Company never replied to any of my emails. Just kept sending generic emails apologising for delay.
When I placed my order. There was nothing to state that I would have to wait for stock. Said items were in stock.
Thankfully lodged a complaint with consumer affairs and got my money back.
Never heard from gymroos though.
