I was suprised to see so many bad reviews for this company. I honestly didn’t experience any issues with this company. All the items I ordered were in stock and even better the colours I wanted were in stock so I was over the moon. I received my order like a week after I placed it (I paid for express postage I think). I did order the shorts in 3xl which maybe had something to do with me having no issues as I noticed XL and 2Xl (I wanted 2XL to be safe) were out of stock so I went with the 3XL which tbh still fits me great. The feedback from other customers does worry me because I want to place another but I’m paranoid about being messed around by them.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and still have not received anything. My attempts to contact the service have been ignored, and comments I posted on their social media have been removed.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS! I placed an order on 26/11/25 at 9am. The website promised same-day dispatch if orders were made before 12pm, and I even paid extra for express shipping. Now, on 5/01/26, I've heard nothing from the company. It started with 'your order will be shipped in less than 10 days' (two weeks after ordering, emails went unanswered, and I finally contacted them through social media), then 'will be shipped early next week', and lastly 'sometime this week'. The last update was on 29/12. My multiple requests for a refund were disregarded, despite their initial offer, and I kept receiving excuses about shipping. This company is a complete scam, and I will make sure everyone I know steers clear of them. I sincerely hope they face consequences for their actions.

Extremely disappointing experience with customer support

I had a terrible experience with customer support. I ordered two pairs of shorts, and it took over two months for them to arrive. I sent multiple emails but received no response. Don't waste your time or money on this service; the shorts are just average as well. I will never purchase from this company again.

- They will take your money and not deliver any products This situation is very disappointing, as they used to be a reliable company and I have received items before, but now they do not fulfill orders. Many others are also cautioning against this. If you have already placed an order, contact your bank immediately.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner has been a devoted user of this brand since their initial launch, and I've attempted to expand his collection for various occasions. Unfortunately, every order has had issues. The first order had no tracking information, and I struggled for over a month to get a refund. The second order included some correct items but also sent the wrong shirt; when I tried to exchange it, they sent another incorrect item. The third time, there was again no tracking, and when I followed up a month later, I learned the stock wasn’t even in the country! This crucial information was not disclosed on their website, nor did I receive any communication about extended processing times. I’ve asked for refunds three times, and only after threatening to escalate the issue did they finally process one. I will not be returning to this service; my support will go to another local gym wear company instead.

Previous positive experiences turned frustrating

I had previously purchased from them without much hassle, although their delivery times are quite slow, which is irritating given the price. However, this time I regret my decision. I bought during their Black Friday sale in mid-November (as of the date of this review, it’s 23/12/25), and I still haven't received a tracking number to confirm if my order has even been dispatched. I've only gotten automated replies to my emails, and they don’t respond to messages on social media. It’s incredibly frustrating, and considering the cost, it feels like a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I strongly advise against trusting this company. They are promoting on social media that the last Black Friday orders are being shipped this week, which is completely false. After waiting for a response to my email regarding an order placed on November 14th, I learned that one item will not be shipped for another 1-2 weeks, and the other item is out of stock. It took them 6 weeks to inform me of this situation. I recommend buying from a different seller.
