Pre-ordered a 6-tier dumbbell tree and set of dumbells (5–25kg) in November 2025 with delivery due before Christmas.
Only a few parts of the order arrived on 24th December, more arrived in multiple parcels over the following month, but one 25kg dumbbell is still missing over 3 months later!
I have contacted the company multiple times and have been ignored since early January 2026 (where they claimed the delivery was not their repsonsibility!!). No replacement or refund has been provided.
I have now been forced to raise a chargeback with my bank and report the matter to Trading Standards.
Extremely disappointing and dishonest service — would absolutely NOT recommend.
