£200 down, half my order missing, and terrible customer service. Do not buy here.
I pre-ordered a dumbbell weight tree set in November. I understood from the outset that parts would be shipped separately and had no issue with that. What I didn't expect was to be given a single tracking code which, after the first parcel arrived, showed my order as complete, even though most of it was still missing. Weeks passed with no visibility on the rest of my order. I chased it multiple times but each time received an AI-generated response that didn't acknowledge my issue or give me any confidence my query was being dealt with.
After pushing for weeks I eventually got through to a human! The customer service was clearly outsourced and every email came from a different person, meaning I had to constantly re-explain my problem.
I asked to return the parts I had, which they agreed to. However, they kept stalling, taking days to reply and going round in circles, clearly hoping I'd give up.
Long story short, please do not buy here. They do not care about their customers. It's disgraceful.
