I decided to purchase some new items, and their customer service has significantly deteriorated. It seems they have relocated to the USA, which might explain the issues. Their support team appears to lack understanding of processes outside of America. My order met the criteria for free shipping according to the website—free shipping on orders over a certain amount. My total was just above that threshold. However, I was still charged for delivery. I thought I would complete the order and inform them about the delivery issue for a refund. I was mistaken. Reaching out for help was challenging, and they mentioned it could take up to 5 days for a response. When I finally heard back, the representatives claimed my order didn’t qualify for free shipping as it needed to exceed a certain amount before tax. Despite multiple emails clarifying that there’s no sales tax in my country, they kept insisting my order was below the threshold, quoting it in a different currency. This confusion led to miscommunication regarding taxes, and it’s clear they don’t understand how the pricing works here. I’ve reported the issue as they are not adhering to their own terms and conditions. Additionally, I sought a refund through the payment platform, which I received. After five days of back-and-forth with them without resolution, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and will advise others to do the same. There are plenty of alternatives in activewear. They’ve lost a significant amount of potential sales over a small shipping fee. It’s unfortunate, as they were once a great example of a successful business.
