I've had to repeatedly pursue my own exchanges and refunds! I've encountered 'system errors' twice, preventing me from receiving refunds and exchanges. Communicating with AI is frustrating and unhelpful. Even when I finally reached a human representative, they were equally unhelpful! I even tried contacting the company's CEO, but received no response—clearly just a profit-driven organization! I'm extremely frustrated!
