I left a review in hopes of expediting my package delivery, as I've been waiting for over a month. All I've received are repetitive emails from the support team assuring me they will address the issue. I would like to be refunded the additional charge for the exchange since I purchased the items on sale, and I need the package to arrive as it was intended as a Christmas gift for my sister. This experience has been very disappointing.
