I ordered a ribbed tank 3 pack, only to receive the 3 pack packaging with one tank inside. Note, I have not opened the original packaging, but it is see-through and very clear only one tank is inside.
Even though I am well within the return period of 30 days, and the product packaging literally has not been opened, Gymshark is refusing to discuss a solution because I have not reported the issue within 7 days (which is not required according to Dutch law).
Extremely disappointing way of handling a mistake on their end.
