I received the incorrect item and they will not refund the postage. I ordered a specific shaker, and everything from the order confirmation to my account page confirmed my order, yet they sent a different one. Mistakes can happen, but when I contacted the support team, I was told I have to cover the return shipping costs, and they won't refund the original postage. Despite providing proof of my order, my concerns were dismissed, and now I'm left with the hassle of finding a replacement elsewhere, resulting in extra costs. Unsatisfactory service overall.
