Received wrong item and no refund for postage.

I received the incorrect item and they will not refund the postage. I ordered a specific shaker, and everything from the order confirmation to my account page confirmed my order, yet they sent a different one. Mistakes can happen, but when I contacted the support team, I was told I have to cover the return shipping costs, and they won't refund the original postage. Despite providing proof of my order, my concerns were dismissed, and now I'm left with the hassle of finding a replacement elsewhere, resulting in extra costs. Unsatisfactory service overall.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered coffee that turned out to be a year past its expiration date. While they are willing to refund, I'm required to pay for return shipping, which means I'll incur costs. I would not recommend this company.

Be cautious with 'out of date' products.

However, be cautious with 'out of date' items; some were nearly a year past their expiration and stale. It's not a deal if it ends up wasted. The site lists 'best before' dates, so it's up to you to assess, but some items may still be good while others might not be.
