Their staff is unresponsive and create more issues than actually provide solutions to problems they cause. It’s been 6 months that our lift is out of service and during this time they’ve made the matters worse sending non-skilled teams to conduct fire tests, which made the lift that is out of service to set off an alarm. The alarm has been buzzing since their visit and they did not send anyone to fix the issue. With regards to the lift, over the course of these 6 months they’ve been completely inefficient in providing us with new quotes for fixing - to the point that us, residents, had to list different companies for them to reach out to. They also take 7-10 days to acknowledge emails and our property manager is incredibly unresponsive. One of the quotes we received includes services that Haus has charged us for - but in the last 2 weeks we’ve been reiterating this to them and providing them with evidence, but Haus doesn’t seem to have conducted the works they’ve charged us for.
