Communication has been clear and efficient, and the overall service has been well organised and responsive. I have struggled for months to get certificates needed to sell my property until I met Nicole Juste in the Legal Department. Nicole was pro active and helpful from the start and over a period of six months she did all she could to get the documents I needed . Nicole responded promptly to my every request , she gave feedback , up dated me on progress and was consistently kind and helpful . Unfortunately I cannot say this about all the Haus team but Nicole was exceptional and I am very grateful for her work in helping me .If only all Management teams were like her life would be simpler !!
Haus continue to be a terrible managing agent. Listing all the issues we have had with them over the years would take a day to write up. But just to give a few most recent examples - leak in the garage going since November ......reported on the portal multiple times, to this day they have not even acknowledged that there is a leak. No comms, no work done, nothing. Water feature project in the development, ongoing since March 2022 (and longer), no resolution, no plan in place. Service charge certified accounts overdue since 1 October 25 - budget overspent but no certified accounts provided. No response as to when they would be. This is just to give you a flavour of what to expect from Haus. The replies they provide to my reviews are shambolic and also not true. They are not providing updates and no progress has been made on various issues raised for weeks and months. And also there is no communication from Haus as to what is happening with any of these issues. They are asking me to use the portal to report issues. I am using it but it leads to nothing. Haus, you can ask me as many times as you like to stop writing reviews - I won't until you do the work we pay you for. I have done everything you asked me to do, paid my service charge, reported issues on the portal, been patient for months and years about 'factors outside your control', but what I am talking about here is pure incompetence and negligence by Haus.
Ongoing issues at Haus remain unresolved due to a deep-seated lack of proactivity and ownership. Communication is poor, and there is zero transparency on how—or when—contractors will actually finish repairs. Every interaction feels like a defensive reaction rather than a step toward a solution.
I am in the final stage of selling my property and want to leave this review specifically for Nicole Jooste@ Haus Block Managament, who looks after the lease sales enquiries. We’ve had a few urgent situations during the sale process and Nicole always understood the importance and delivered a fantastic service. She was super professional, very competent and friendly. For anyone who requires support at the lease sales department @ Haus, please ask for Nicole as I can’t recommend her enough.
