I had just drained off about 1/3 of the water in my tub and then refilled it, cleaning the filters in the process. When I went to reactivate the tub I got. FLO error and didn’t know what to do. I phoned Molly at H2O tubs who was great in calming me down. Paul then came on the line and explained what could be wrong and how to fix it. Paul then waited on line until I got the tools for the job, after telling me what I needed, and then talked me through the whole process. I am now a very happy bunny who knows what to next time.
