Company was very easy to deal with. Held our hot tub for us while our building work was being finished. Delivered and installed by Tony and Simon who did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.
Daniel came out and got our hot tub back in pristine shape! I was so impressed with the job he did, he truly went above and beyond. The utmost professional and very friendly, it was a pleasure having him with us. Katie is always so great and helpful when we have needed help and always gets us sorted with what we need. I cannot recommend this company and its representatives more!
This was my first service with the company and it was carried out very efficiently. Dan the service engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He explained to me everything that he was going to do and kept me updated. Great service.
Great service from start to finish (should I say from deciding to buy to installation & after sale. All the team were great from Molly WhatsApp then discussing in the showroom what to buy , Katie & the installation team Lee & Simon. Hot tub does what it says on the tin. Lots of jets , quiet when not in use however the heat banks that I ordered has still not arrive almost 2 weeks on which is a cost for me.
