I would give them a zero if I could. After being with the service for a long time, I’m finally leaving. They show no concern for their customers and consistently provide false information over the phone. Even in-store, they mislead about contract details, leaving me to sort everything out myself. When I mentioned I was leaving, they seemed indifferent, saying there are plenty of other customers. As someone from a family of six who has used their services, I am the last to depart. Don't waste your time with them.
