I wish I could rate them lower. After a long time with this service, I am finally leaving. They show no concern for customers and often provide incorrect information. Even in-store, they misrepresent contract details. When I indicated my departure, they seemed indifferent, claiming they had plenty of other customers. As someone from a family of six who has used their services, I am the last to leave. Don’t waste your time with them.
