I over-ordered one product by mistake and it was rectified and refunded within minutes online by a real person who was friendly and helpful. Follow up calls politely asking if I was happy with the product and that my other deliveries were on their way, just fantastic. Kloe who I dealt with over the phone was absolutely brilliant. After working for nearly 20 years in customer service I have to say this is possibly the best I've received, along with a product that does what it says it does and is superb quality.
