I ordered several of these knives last week and am excited to be able to give these to family members that will appreciate the quality. Ordering is easy, just wish that I could have ordered the pocket knife and chef knife on the same order. Also want to find the leather sheaths, as I bought with my first order from your company.
Fantastic products - every bit as good as the reviews say they are and an absolute bargain at the price. Really high standard and the best I've used for cooking. On top of this the service is utterly superb - every colleague I've dealt with has been super friendly, personable and helpful. I over-ordered one product by mistake and it was rectified and refunded within minutes online by a real person who was friendly and helpful. Follow up calls politely asking if I was happy with the product and that my other deliveries were on their way, just fantastic. Kloe who I dealt with over the phone was absolutely brilliant. After working for nearly 20 years in customer service I have to say this is possibly the best I've received, along with a product that does what it says it does and is superb quality. Cannot recommend them enough!
I really enjoyed the first four i bought. great gifts, would have like to shop more for the sheaths, for the first group i purchased, due to the quality and to protect the sharpness. just a CAUTION: VERY SHARP, be sure to have Band-Aids available
