As a long-time customer, I have always received great service until now. I usually select same-day delivery, but for my last order, I opted for standard delivery and it has now been 10 days. The order contains urgent medication for my dog. When I called, a new representative provided terrible service, refusing to send out the food and medication available for same-day delivery, despite the extreme heat making it unsafe to go out. I was very disappointed with her attitude and lack of professionalism.
