I am still waiting for my order. The delivery service used seems to be the only one in the country that won't take it to my local post office or newsagent if I'm not quick enough to answer the door. Please consider changing your delivery partner.

The order contains urgent medication for my dog. When I called, a new representative provided terrible service, refusing to send out the food and medication available for same-day delivery, despite the extreme heat making it unsafe to go out. I was very disappointed with her attitude and lack of professionalism.

I placed an online order on December 27 and still have not received shipping or tracking details. This was my first time ordering online, and it will be my last. I expected convenience, but this has been disappointing. Update: On January 7, I finally received my order in the afternoon during a heatwave. The delivery person seemed to have been driving around all day, as the food was hot upon arrival and likely spoiled. This entire online ordering and delivery experience has been quite poor.
