I placed an online order on December 27 and still have not received shipping or tracking details. This was my first time ordering online, and it will be my last. I expected convenience, but this has been disappointing. Update: On January 7, I finally received my order in the afternoon during a heatwave. The delivery person seemed to have been driving around all day, as the food was hot upon arrival and likely spoiled. This entire online ordering and delivery experience has been quite poor.
