I purchased a gift card for use in Mexico. The support team emailed me a screenshot with the code, but it was missing a PIN. Without the PIN, the card is useless. I’ve sent several follow-up emails but received no responses. Their online chat support is also entirely unresponsive. I'm very disappointed—avoid buying from this service!
