I had a very disappointing experience with Habyt. The service provided was far below expectations and the entire process was incredibly frustrating.I never even got the chance to visit the apartment in person before moving in. I had to contact them through a third-party company, AmberStudent, but they were limited in their communication since everything had to be routed through Habyt. Unfortunately, the response from Habyt was extremely delayed, and I could never get the answers or support I needed in a timely manner.When I finally arrived at the apartment, I found it in an unacceptable condition. The room was not cleaned properly, and it was poorly organized. The kitchen was especially bad—very dirty, with a broken hotplate, and the wifi was not working at all.After contacting Habyt about these issues, I had to wait for a month to receive a response. Even though they promised compensation for the inconvenience, I still haven't received it, even though their support team initially confirmed it would be processed. There seems to be a lack of communication within their team, as different people kept telling me conflicting information.Additionally, I have been waiting for my deposit to be refunded for over two months, despite raising multiple tickets. Habyt has still not refunded it.In conclusion, I would not recommend Habyt to anyone. The lack of proper service, poor communication, and unresolved issues have left me extremely dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs if you value timely responses, clean living conditions, and efficient customer service.
