They don't give my Deposit back. I need to write thousands of e-mail just to reach them. Its unacceptable. I still didn't get my Deposit back. They do some kind of discounts and its random. You can't know if its temporarly or consant. Really pain in back of a Company.

Deeply Disappointing Service Experience

My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. The service level was far below my expectations, and the entire process was frustrating. I never had the chance to visit the apartment in person before moving in, as all communication was through a third-party company, which limited my options. Responses were severely delayed, leaving me without timely support. Upon arrival, the apartment was in unacceptable condition: unclean and poorly organized. The kitchen was particularly bad, with a broken hotplate and non-functional WiFi. After reporting these issues, I waited a month for a response. Although they promised compensation for the inconvenience, I have yet to receive it, despite initial confirmation from the support team. There seems to be a communication breakdown, with conflicting information from different representatives. Additionally, I’ve been waiting over two months for my deposit refund, despite multiple requests. In summary, I cannot recommend this service. The lack of proper support, poor communication, and unresolved issues have left me very dissatisfied. I suggest avoiding this service if you value timely responses, clean living conditions, and effective customer service.

Apartment Lacks Basic Hygiene Standards

The apartment fails to meet basic hygiene and cleanliness standards. It is not at all like what is portrayed online. The rooms are in poor condition, unclean, and inadequately maintained. When reporting issues, the support is nearly non-existent. For instance, when I mentioned a broken shower head, I was told via email that replacing it is viewed as 'routine maintenance' and that I should handle it myself by purchasing parts. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the overall state of the property. A deeply disappointing experience overall. Highly discouraged.

Awful Experience

Awful experience. Avoid this service! They are responsive only when it comes to taking your money. I've been waiting over 8 weeks for my deposit, making it impossible to move. I was placed in a flat with a shared bathroom, no lock on the door, and no shower curtain. My room was falling apart! It feels unsafe for women… they're just a terrible service.

Assistance was provided within just a couple of hours. It was incredibly fast and helpful! This has been the best service I've received so far! I wish I had this level of support for my previous issues as well. I would have appreciated it a lot more.

A Regrettable Choice

Two months ago, I moved into a shared apartment. The door was broken upon arrival, and the overall condition of the place was terrible. There was dirt everywhere, a bad smell, and multiple broken appliances. No one addressed these issues. I also faced random hot water shortages throughout the day. As winter approaches, my heater is out, and no one is responding to my messages or tickets. Please do not spend money on this service unless you want to be scammed. The support is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Don't trust the online pictures—they're misleading. I'm likely going to file a complaint because this feels like a complete scam. I’m simply asking for basic amenities, which I’m paying for, but I’m not receiving them. If you see an appealing apartment from this service, I urge you to look elsewhere. I will never rent from them again.

Mixed Experience with Notable Improvements

I have been a resident for over a year, spending 4 months in a shared apartment and the last 10 months in a studio. Overall, the apartments are high-quality and well-designed, which initially drew me to them. However, customer service has been inconsistent. While living in the shared apartment, I encountered a kitchen in poor condition due to the previous tenant’s habits. Despite raising this issue quickly, it took nearly a month for it to be addressed. In the studio, we had a WiFi issue that lasted about 3 weeks, with blame shifting between the service and building management. Smaller issues also took ages to resolve, which was frustrating. However, I recently noticed a positive change. We reported a gap between the kitchen skirt board and the wall, and for the first time, we received a timely response. The current Community Manager handled it exceptionally, coordinating with a technician and visiting personally to resolve it within a week. Her professionalism truly stands out. I hope the service continues improving and hires more proactive employees like her.

Review Removal Issues

Review removal issues - They delete negative feedback. I wrote this based on my experience. My contract started 11 days ago, but I received the wrong key, which didn’t work. They charge about 700 Euros monthly but didn’t even prepare the keys. I also couldn't contact them by phone; they only communicate via email. Are you serious? Update: I found out I have undesirable roommates.

Absolutely the Worst Service

This is the worst service ever! I've had issues since day one! Terrible customer service (or rather, none at all!). Just last week, my flatmates and I submitted a ticket for a broken shower head that was already leaking, and we still haven’t received any response. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking with them to save yourself a lot of stress! If I could give zero stars, that would still be too generous.
