Two months ago, I moved into a shared apartment. The door was broken upon arrival, and the overall condition of the place was terrible. As winter approaches, my heater is out, and no one is responding to my messages or tickets. Please do not spend money on this service unless you want to be scammed. The support is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Don't trust the online pictures—they're misleading. I'm likely going to file a complaint because this feels like a complete scam. I’m simply asking for basic amenities, which I’m paying for, but I’m not receiving them. If you see an appealing apartment from this service, I urge you to look elsewhere. I will never rent from them again.
