I have been a resident for over a year, spending 4 months in a shared apartment and the last 10 months in a studio. Overall, the apartments are high-quality and well-designed, which initially drew me to them. However, customer service has been inconsistent. While living in the shared apartment, I encountered a kitchen in poor condition due to the previous tenant’s habits. Despite raising this issue quickly, it took nearly a month for it to be addressed. In the studio, we had a WiFi issue that lasted about 3 weeks, with blame shifting between the service and building management. Smaller issues also took ages to resolve, which was frustrating. However, I recently noticed a positive change. We reported a gap between the kitchen skirt board and the wall, and for the first time, we received a timely response. The current Community Manager handled it exceptionally, coordinating with a technician and visiting personally to resolve it within a week. Her professionalism truly stands out. I hope the service continues improving and hires more proactive employees like her.
