Please for the sake of your sanity, cleanliness, and overall health. AVOID this company at all costs. The rooms and marketing are slick and attractive do not be fooled please. The customer service and maintenance was quite genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. Issues like antisocial behaviour, open drug dealing, leaks, freezing conditions and even total water loss for days were problems that went unresolved and in all first cases UNANSWERED. Now they are not answering me as I need my deposit back. An overall terrible experience.
