The service is a mess. In my first week, I accidentally locked my keys inside and had no way to contact anyone. They only replied to my ticket after a month. The room was filthy, lacking proper bedding, and the chair was broken. Everything is of such low quality. It took over a month for them to respond about these issues. Now, after two months, there’s been no hot water for two days, the heating system is broken, and it’s freezing in the bedrooms. We can’t reach anyone for help. This has been a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The prices are far too high for such poor service.
