My first time ordering from Hachette Partworks was a good experience, I did have to contact customer services due to the checkout process being a little confusing but, their customer service team were great!
Swift responses and, easy to talk to, they reassured me and, my order turned up without any hassle!
The only reason for giving 3 stars is their website doesn’t function very well on your phone. The search bar doesn’t work, which makes it really hard to find what you’re looking for and, it took going back to Google to actually get to what I wanted on Hachette’s website because it wasn’t in their menus.
Shipping was quick and easy everything turned up perfectly - I just wish they could optimise the website and fix the bugs, this would’ve been a 5 star review if the website wasn’t difficult to use!
