Had a good experience with everything so far. Even when paints came damaged and they said they couldn't help, next issue had replacements. It was a pleasant surprise.

Embroidery and cross stitch subscriptions feel like a scam. The new Winnie The Pooh design divides each quilt square across 4 issues, totaling 120 issues. That amounts to over 700! I believe more people would consider buying it if each issue contained just one square, resulting in fewer issues. I would genuinely love to buy this, but the cost is simply too high.

The only reason for giving 3 stars is their website doesn’t function very well on your phone. The search bar doesn’t work, which makes it really hard to find what you’re looking for and, it took going back to Google to actually get to what I wanted on Hachette’s website because it wasn’t in their menus.
Shipping was quick and easy everything turned up perfectly - I just wish they could optimise the website and fix the bugs, this would’ve been a 5 star review if the website wasn’t difficult to use!
How does the company manage it? I was concerned that the unstable tariff policies in the US would affect my subscriptions. However, they have consistently delivered, and each month the installments arrive promptly, securely, and at the price I was quoted when I signed up prior to the last US elections.
