I was looking forward to the Black Friday sale. After ordering some shirts online, I waited several days without receiving any email from the company regarding my order status. I reached out via email and received a response stating, "It is taking a bit to get over 3,000+ orders packed from Black Friday alone. We're not hanging around. We're a team of 3 who is working from 8a till our bodies break and need to go home and shower and rest. We called in some reinforcements from our parents so we're hoping it moves along a bit faster." This was very unprofessional. A few days later, I got another email saying my order was canceled and that they would refund me as they would not be making those shirt prints anymore. The people at the company should be embarrassed; what happened to the spirit of aloha? They are extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a significant lack of customer service. I will never shop with them again; it was a terrible experience!
