I was looking forward to the Black Friday sale and purchased a few shirts online. After waiting several days without receiving any updates about my order's shipping status, I decided to reach out via email. I got a response explaining that they were overwhelmed with over 3,000 orders from Black Friday and had a small team working tirelessly to manage them. While I appreciate the effort, the tone of the email felt unprofessional. A few days later, I received another email notifying me that my order was canceled and that they would issue a refund because they would no longer be printing those shirts. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. This experience has left me frustrated, and I won't be shopping with them again.

I reached out via email and received a response stating, "It is taking a bit to get over 3,000+ orders packed from Black Friday alone. We're not hanging around. We're a team of 3 who is working from 8a till our bodies break and need to go home and shower and rest. We called in some reinforcements from our parents so we're hoping it moves along a bit faster." This was very unprofessional. A few days later, I got another email saying my order was canceled and that they would refund me as they would not be making those shirt prints anymore. The people at the company should be embarrassed; what happened to the spirit of aloha? They are extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a significant lack of customer service. I will never shop with them again; it was a terrible experience!
I have yet to receive my order. It was placed on 7/6/2025, and I received an email stating it shipped on 7/18/2025. I haven't gotten any further updates about the shipment. It would be helpful to know when my order will arrive. Is it normal for delivery to take this long?
