I got a response explaining that they were overwhelmed with over 3,000 orders from Black Friday and had a small team working tirelessly to manage them. While I appreciate the effort, the tone of the email felt unprofessional. A few days later, I received another email notifying me that my order was canceled and that they would issue a refund because they would no longer be printing those shirts. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. This experience has left me frustrated, and I won't be shopping with them again.
