I purchased a jacket and was initially thrilled, as it was beautiful and became my go-to for daily wear. Sadly, the post-purchase experience has been profoundly disappointing. After minimal use, the pocket zipper became completely stuck within the inner fabric, rendering it unusable. I reached out to the customer service team, who were initially helpful and provided a return label for inspection and repair. However, upon receiving the jacket back, it was evident that no action had been taken. The zipper remained stuck, and it appeared the jacket hadn't been opened or inspected at all. I documented the state of the package upon opening, clearly showing that the issue was ignored. I had faith in the brand's reputation for quality and support, so this was genuinely disheartening. I anticipated a serious response, especially since the jacket is under warranty and the issue is a legitimate defect, not just wear and tear. I sincerely hope the company enhances their quality control and service process, as customers deserve thorough inspection and repair, not a faulty product returned unchanged. At this point, I cannot endorse this model or the service I experienced.
