I am extremely satisfied with the support experience! I encountered a problem with the jacket, and although I didn't receive a prompt reply because of the holiday season, once they returned, they assured me they would address the issue. Now I'm just waiting for the replacement to be dispatched!

Initially, they were helpful and provided a return shipping label for inspection and repair. However, upon receiving the jacket back, it was clear that no action had been taken. The zipper remained stuck in the same position, and it appeared the jacket had been returned without proper inspection. I took photos immediately upon opening the box, and it was evident that the issue had not been addressed. I had trusted the company's reputation for quality and good service, making this experience especially disappointing. I expected the problem to be taken seriously, particularly since the jacket is still under warranty and this is a genuine defect, not normal wear. I sincerely hope the company will enhance their quality control and service processes, as customers deserve thorough inspection and repair, rather than receiving a faulty product back unchanged. At this point, I cannot recommend this specific model or the service I experienced.
