Dreadful, their website is not secure and boots you out when trying to pay, contacting customer support is a complete waste of time as they know about it but aren't prepared to fix it, their security certificate expired over 18 months ago and the only suggestion they can give is to send your card details in an insecure e-mail to their insecure server.
