Review Time
I am a short woman who rides off road bikes. I wanted to get shocks for two of my bikes set up to my weight as obviously bikes are made to an accommodate the average man weight. I made contact using the email to customer services and spoke to Tony who was amazing. I ordered a shock set up to my spec for one bike and a shock to my spec but lowering the bike for the second bike. From start to finish the Team were great. I cannot recommend them enough. They are all from motorcycling background and know engineering of motorbikes. I’m really excited having bikes which are set up for me, the difference is amazing. My riding has changed as a result. When I recommended them on a Facebook Group I’m in, tons of people replied saying how well respected they are so I’m obviously not the only one to be impressed.
Prices are not competitive and you can buy the same product abroad with postage and VAT for a considerably lower price. I phoned Hagon who quoted me for my little racing RD125lc, hoping to get some discount for my road racing licence, RD Yamaha owners club membership or loyalty as previously purchased from them but no flexibility at all and was very quick to dismiss me so will be ordering a YSS shock from Italy with the 20% VAT added which equates to £100 cheaper than Hagon! Obviously not UK friendly 🥴🥴🥴 and really sorry to say this.😞

The best £385 I have ever spent, just fitted a Hagon replacement on my Honda St1300 and the difference and improvement in handling is incredible. My shock was pretty bad especially on such a big heavy bike and after riding for 4 hrs today even my wife commented on the difference. Cannot recommend hagon enough especially as they do 90% of the set-up by providing them rider and pillion weights etc. Brilliant shock
I was missing a few spokes on my old 2003 Yamaha Dragstar XVS 650.I emailed Hagon Shocks. And numerous other suppliers.Hagon Shocks called me the next day and in a few days I had spokes delivered. I was very pleased that they bothered with producing just 5 spokes. You don't see this these days.
I have had a superb experience with Hagon shocks. I mistakenly ordered a pair of Street Twin shocks. I wanted the ones for a Speed Twin. I contacted them and spoke to Dave. We live in a world where companies don’t care anymore. Not here, Dave was absolutely brilliant. Organised for them to be returned and replaced with the correct shocks. His (and Sophie’s) communication and organisational skills were faultless. I haven’t fitted them yet, but they look excellent value for money. Give Hagon a look. U will not be disappointed.
I ordered a rear shocker for my modified z1 service was outstanding When it arrived I had ordered the incorrect oneI rang and spoke to Dave and explained my mix up I had the correct one on my doorstep 4 days later this included a weekend I carnt recomend this company any more 10 out of 10 for customer service and the shocker is outstanding Thanks again David Theyer
