This has been the worst service experience I've ever encountered. My washing machine has been non-functional for nearly two months. The assigned service center has repeatedly delayed visits, sent careless technicians, and failed to resolve the issue after multiple attempts. The first technician charged me and left the machine in worse condition. The second technician delayed for days, arrived late, and claimed the issue was not his responsibility. The third technician prolonged the process, asked for extra charges, returned, and still could not fix the machine. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no resolution or urgency. Two months have passed, and the machine remains broken. The company’s service management has completely failed here. This level of negligence is unacceptable from any brand. Customers should not have to chase technicians who don’t show up and fail to fix anything. I am sharing this to inform future customers of what to expect. If the company wants to protect its reputation, it needs to resolve my case immediately and take strict action against the service center.
